There were loads of vegan options at Zufa. They weren't marked on the menu but we were lucky to have Alisha looking after us. She was friendly, caring and really keen to reassure us that the food we ordered was vegan and that it would be cooked with fresh oil, rather than, using oil that had been used to cook animal parts of animal products.

A Lovely Lebanese Dining Experience at Zufa, Hatch End My wife and I had a truly lovely evening at Zufa in Hatch End. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service from Georges, who looked after us throughout the meal with genuine care and great recommendations. We started with a variety of mezze that were both flavourful and beautifully presented. The Moutabbal (Baba Ghannouj) was a highlight – creamy and smoky, made from aubergines blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It was perfectly smooth and paired wonderfully with fresh bread. Next came the Spicy Potatoes, which were sauteed to a crispy finish and seasoned with fresh coriander, peppers, and onions. They had just the right balance of heat and flavour. The Hommos Awarma was another standout. This take on classic hommos was luxuriously smooth, topped with tender cubes of diced lamb. The richness of the tahini and the zing of lemon brought it all together. We also had the Sojok – pan-fried spicy lamb sausages served in a light tomato and lemon sauce. The spices were bold without being overwhelming, and the meat was juicy and satisfying. For mains, we shared the Zufa Mixed Grill, which offered a generous selection of grilled meats including lamb cutlets, chicken and lamb shawarma, kafta, and jawaneh (chicken wings). Everything was well-seasoned and grilled to perfection, capturing that signature charred, smoky flavour. We chose vermicelli rice and lamb rice as sides – both were aromatic, fluffy, and complemented the meats beautifully. To finish, Georges recommended the Knafeh for dessert – a warm dish made with sweet semolina and melted cheese, soaked in syrup. It was rich, comforting, and the perfect end to our meal. Overall, Zufa delivered a fantastic dining experience with high-quality food, generous portions, and outstanding service. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting – ideal for a date night or a casual evening out. A special thanks to Georges for making our visit extra memorable.

Zufa is amazing. I held my party of 60 people and Zufa supplied the food and deserts as well as the cutlery and plates. The food was amazing as you would expect from Zufa. George and his staff came to our house and helped in the service of the food and drinks. Absolutely impeccable I would use them again and recommend them to do my large parties. Needless to say that the food and service in the restaurant IS Lebanese food at the highest level. The staff are great. Thank you all

We went on a Saturday evening and had a fantastic time, every single dish we tried was delicious, there was a great range of options for vegetarians and non veg. They also had a belly dancer which was a nice entertainment touch. The drinks were incredible especially the flower tea at the end. We opted for a dessert recommended by the manager and were super impressed- if anything, we will be back for that.

Popped in around lunch time one day without a reservation and it was nice and quiet. Food was simply amazing and great wine menu as well. Staff members were very friendly and professional. A special thank to Diana and Thea who looked after us. I’d definitely visit again and highly recommend if you’re a fan of Lebanese cuisine.

A really nice Lebanese family resturant on Hatch End high street. The family went for a Sunday brunch and the vegetarian food was very fresh and tasty. We ordered the whole of the vegetarian options (11 of us) and had a feast. My fav were the falafel bowls and the special salad

Located in Hatch End, Zufa Lebanese restaurant offers a lovely ambience perfect for a cozy dining experience. The decor is inviting and sets the stage for a delightful meal. The menu boasts a variety of delicious Lebanese dishes that are expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. However, it's worth noting that while the food is undeniably tasty, it comes at a steep price. Portions are on the smaller side, which might leave some diners feeling unsatisfied considering the cost. Additionally, parking can be a bit of a hassle, but paid parking is conveniently available across the road, in front of the shops. Overall, Zufa Hatch End is a great spot for a special occasion or a treat, but be prepared to splurge a bit for the experience.

We had a very lovely experience at Zufa. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and when I called up the restaurant the staff new the allergens of their dishes without having to check and could reassure me as to what I could have which was a big change to the usual experience I get in restaurants. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The hummus was very smooth and I was offered crudites without having to ask. I would definitely recommend the chicken shish for the main. My husband loved the baklava he had for dessert. Will definitely be coming back!
